I got involved with real estate in 2007 in my hometown Columbus Ohio after buying, renovating, renting and then selling my 1st house. In 2009 I moved to Florida and haven’t missed the cold a single day. I became licensed in Florida in 2017. In 2018 I increased my closed sales by 500% over my 1st year and then doubled that the next year. How can I help you find the right home for you? I was born at the Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach and I was raised in this area. I have held my Real Estate Sales and or Broker's license since 1982. I moved to Texas to attend the University of Texas at Austin and I have a Degree in Business Marketing. I have received my license in five (5) different states to include Texas, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Colorado and Florida. We moved around quite a bit because my husband, who is now retired , worked in Food & Beverage for the Hilton Hotels.

Certifications and Recognitions
There are lots of Realtors that have one day certificates like E Pro and things that any of us can learn in a day of studying.
I am a GRI Graduate for the Real Estate Institute. Through a series of serious informative classes I obtained this designation. In addition, I am a CRS a certified Residential Specialist. Fewer than one percent of Experienced Realtors have both of these important designations. And in 1999 I was Realtor of the year in Daytona Beach--only one per year. I was also President of the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors in 2000.
I have been involved in hundreds of millions in sales thus far in my career and continue to be one of the top one percent of salespeople in the Greater Daytona Beach Area.
